This graduate design studio advances skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to operate in the space between architecture, culture and spirituality. In this occasion, we will focus on the design process as a modulated, contemplative, intuition building, learning-driven, and non-egotist method for questioning, critiquing and offering essential architectural solutions to contemporary civilization. This objective will be pursued under a premise of voluntary simplicity and the insights of renown architect Claudio Silvestrin—the 2013 Walton Critic.
